Wholewheat (Atta)Cake in a pressure cooker

Ingredients

  • Atta (Whole wheat) 1cups (200 g)
  • Powdered sugar 3/4 cup (180 g)
  • Baking powder 1 1/4  tsp
  • Oil ¼  cup (60 g)
  • Water ¼ cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence ½  tsp
  • 1 baking tins 8”-9” round
 

Preparation

  • Grease the tins and dust with atta.
  • Place the atta, shakkar, soda, baking powder, dalchini, jaiphal, oil and water in a bowl and beat smooth.

  • Add the eggs and vanilla essence and beat till smooth again.

  • Divide the mixture into the tins.

  • Place the cake tin in it, over a ring or something to avoid it resting directly on the base of the cooker. You can also fill it with a layer of sand and place it over that. Cover again without the pressure, lower the flame and let cook till done (20-25 mins).

Can u pl tell me how much soda, dalchini and jaiphal is to be used for the recipe
