Ingredients

Green chillies, roughly chopped 100g

Coriander leaves (hara dhania) chopped 100g

Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Roasted gram (bhuna channa) 2 tbsp

Preparation

Grind all the ingredients to a smooth paste on a stone or in a food processor, adding the minimum water (if you can do without water, it is ideal, because this increases the keeping life of the `chutney'.
