Hara Dhania (Coriander leaves) 25 g

Ginger, chopped fine 1 tsp

Onions, roughly chopped 125 g (1 cup)

Bhuna Pissa Jeera (Roasted and ground Cumin seeds) 1 tsp

Salt 2 tsp or to taste

Hari Mirch (Green Chilli), chopped 2 tbsp or to taste

Dahi, beaten smooth ¼ cup (50 g)
