Ingredients

Hara Dhania (Coriander leaves), cleaned and plucked

2 cups (100 g)

Hari Mirch (Greem Chilli), roughly chopped 2 tbsp, or to taste

Garlic, chopped 1 tbsp

Kadhi Patta (Curry Leaves) 15-20 leaves

Salt 2 tsp or to taste

Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Preparation

Place all the ingredients, except the lemon juice in a blender and blend well (adding a little water, only if required to ease the blending), OR grind on a grinding stone, till the mixture is very fine. Mix in the lemon juice and serve.
