DHANIYA TAMATAR KEE CHUTNEY

This winter special chutney specially eaten during winters
Recipe By : Mr. Mahesh Sarkar
Type: Chutney Serving: 4-5 people

Ingredients

  • 250gm Coriander leaves well plucked and without sticks
  • 2-3 Tomatoes
  • 2 medium Onion sliced into 4 pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves blanched
  • 2-3 Green Chillies
  • Salt as taste
  • 1tsp Sugar
  • lemon Juice as choice
 

Preparation

  • Pluck coriander leafs and wash them.
  • slice tomatoes into 4 big pieces.

  • Add all the ingredients into grinder jar at last add sugar and salt.

  • Grind well and serve with meals.
