Onion - 1( Big size)

Tomato - 1

Dry Red Chilli - 3

Ginger - 1/2 inch

Curry leaves - 1 sprig

Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

Oil - 2 tsp.

Salt - as required

Preparation

Cut onion, tomatoes, ginger into small pieces. Heat Oil in a pan, now add all the ingredients expect salt. Fry till raw smell goes. Now take the extract in a mixie jar, add salt to it and grind into paste. Your Onion Chutney is ready to serve with Idli, Dosai and Bondas.
