Cheese and Pineapple Rounds

Open sandwiches with Pineapple and cream cheese |

Ingredients

Brown Bread slices 6, cut into rounds with cutters

Hung curd 2 tbsp, seasoned with salt and black pepper

Cheese, grated ¾ cup

Vinegared onions, chopped fine 2 tbsp
-
Mint, chopped 1 tbsp
-
Pineapple slices 6
-
Mint leaves for garnish

Preparation

Spread the bread rounds with the hung curd.
Mix together the cheese, onions and mint leaves.
Spread each slice of round with a layer of the cheese mixture.
Place a slice of pineapple over each.
Garnish and serve.
