Ingredients

Boiled Chana 100 Gm

oil 2 tbsp

Onion paste 1 big size

ginger paste 1 tsp
-
garlic paste 1 tsp
-
black paper powder 1 tsp
-
red chilli powder 2 tsp
-
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
-
Garam Masala 2 tsp
-
jeera (cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-
khus khus (poppy seeds) 1 tsp
-

salt 1 tsp

Preparation

*Mix the onion ginger & garlic paste black paper powder together
* Heat oil in broad pan and add jeera. When it splutters add the paste and fry till brown.
* Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder and garam masala and fry for 2/3 minutes.
* Add khus khus ( poppy seeds) and boild chana and fry for 1 minute
* Add 200 ml water and salt as per taste and heat for 4 minutes Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with puri or Jawar Roti.
