Mushrooms with Vegetables (fat free)

Type: Vegetables Serving: 4-6

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms, sliced 200 g
  • Baby corn, skin removed 8
  • Carrot, julienned 1 large (1 cup)
  • Simla Mirch (Capsicum), julienned 1 large  (1 cup)
  • Skimmed milk 1 cup ]
  • Maida (flour) roasted a little 2 tbsp ]
  • Oregano ½ tsp ] mix together
  • Basil ½ tsp ]
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste ]
  • Hari mirch (green chillies), finely chopped 1 tbsp ]
  • Hara Dhania (Corinader leaves), chopped 2 tbsp ]
 

Preparation

  • Bring the milk mixture to a boil and add the corn and carrots.
  • When the mixture comes to a boil again, lower the heat and simmer till the vegetables are cooked but crunchy.

  • Add the simla mirch and mushrooms, simmer for a minute and serve hot accompanied with boiled rice or noodles.
