Mushrooms with Vegetables (fat free)

Ingredients

Mushrooms, sliced 200 g

Baby corn, skin removed 8

Carrot, julienned 1 large (1 cup)

Simla Mirch (Capsicum), julienned 1 large (1 cup)

Skimmed milk 1 cup ]
-
Maida (flour) roasted a little 2 tbsp ]
-
Oregano ½ tsp ] mix together
-
Basil ½ tsp ]
-
Salt 1 tsp or to taste ]

Hari mirch (green chillies), finely chopped 1 tbsp ]
-
Hara Dhania (Corinader leaves), chopped 2 tbsp ]

Preparation

Bring the milk mixture to a boil and add the corn and carrots.
When the mixture comes to a boil again, lower the heat and simmer till the vegetables are cooked but crunchy.
Add the simla mirch and mushrooms, simmer for a minute and serve hot accompanied with boiled rice or noodles.
