Ingredients

Tarbooz (Water melon) juice 2 cups

Kala namak (black rock salt) 1 tsp

Lemon juice 1 tbsp
-
Hara Dhania (Coriander leaves), chopped 2 tbsp
-
Pissi kali mirch (black pepper) ¼ tsp
-
Crushed ice to taste

Powdered sugar to decorate the edge of the glass, in a saucer

A long carrot to cut and use as a stirrer
-
Sprigs of hara dhania (coriander leaves) for garnish

Preparation

Wet the rim of the glass and dip in powdered sugar to coat.
Mix the juice, kala namak, lemon juice and the chopped dhania.
Put the ice in the glass and pour the juice mixture over.
Garnish with the dhania, place the carrot stick into the glass and serve.
