Ingredients

Stock 6 cups (1.5 litres)

Corn flour (Cornstarch) ¼ cup (30 g)

Soya Sauce 1 ½ tsp (7.5 g)

Vinegar ¼ cup (60 g)

Chilli Sauce 2 tsp (10 g)

Salt 2 tsp or to taste

Celery, chopped fine 1 tbsp

Tomato Ketchup ¼ cup (60 g)

Powdered Black pepper ½ tsp

Garlic, finely chopped 1 tsp

Onions, finely chopped ½ cup (100 g)

Carrot, finely shredded ½ cup (100 g)

Cabbage, finely shredded 1 cup (75 g)

Preparation

Dissolve the cornflour in ½ cup of stock and keep aside.
Bring the stock to a boil and add the cornflour mixture and the Soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, salt, celery, tomato ketchup, pepper, garlic and onions.
Simmer 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the carrots and cabbage bring to a boil and serve.
