Ingredients

Soya nuggets 200 gm, soaked in water for 15 minutes and drained

Salt, to taste or 2 tsp

Ginger paste 1 tsp

Garlic paste 1 tsp

Oil ¼ cup (60 ml)

Onions, chopped coarsely 2 cups

Green chillies, thickly cut 2 tbsp or to taste

Soya sauce 1 tbsp (adjust according to taste)

Vinegar 2 tbsp

Some greens for garnish

Preparation

Squeeze the nuggets. Mix together the nuggets, 1 tsp salt, garlic, ginger.
Heat the oil, and saute the soya over high heat till it looks 'fried'.
Remove the pieces out of the oil, and in the same oil stir fry the onions over high heat till they look wet.
Add the green chillies and stir a few times, add the remaindered salt, soya sauce, vinegar, and the soya.
Mix well, and serve garnished with some greens.
