Ingredients

Oven temp: 350 F- 180 C

Atta (Whole wheat) 2 cups (400 g)

Sugar 1 ¾ cups (400 g)

Baking powder 1 tsp
-
Baking soda (meetha soda) 1 tsp
-
Cocoa 2/3 cup
-
Oil ½ cup (125 g)

Water ½ cup
-
Eggs 4
-
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-
2 baking tins 8”-9” round

Preparation
|

Grease the tins and dust with atta.
Place the atta, sugar, soda, baking powder, oil and water in a bowl and beat smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla essence and beat till smooth again.
Divide the mixture into the tins, and bake in the pre-heated oven for 35-40 mins.
