Salmon Steak (fat free)

Ingredients

Salmon, cut into 1” thick steaks 1kg

White wine of choice, rice preferred 1 cup

Soya sauce 2 tbsp

Preparation

Marinate the fish in the wine and soya sauce for 2 hours at least.
Heat a non-stick pan or a seasoned pan. Keeping the heat high, place the steaks on it, as many pieces as come in without touching.
Turn, lower the heat and let cook till cooked through, turning once more if need be. Takes about 2-3 minutes on each side. Alternatively, grill or barbeque the fish.
Serve garnished with a twist of lemon.
