Avocado 1

Parsley, chopped fine 2 tbsp

Tomato, peeled and chopped ¼ cup

Green chillies, chopped to taste

Onions, grated 2 tbsp

Salt to taste or 1 tsp

Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Black pepper ¼ tsp

Olive oil 1 tbsp

Preparation

Method
1. Cut the avocado into half, remove the seed and scoop out the pulp.
2. Mash the pulp with a fork and mix the rest of the ingredients into it and serve.
