|
A mixture of sprouted lentils in a tangy dressing |

Ingredients

Kala Channa (horse gram), sprouted 1 cup

Soya beans, boiled 1 cup

Moong Daal (Green Gram), sprouted 1 cup

Rajmah (kidney beans) 1 cup

Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese), diced 1 cup

Hara Dhania (Coriander leaves), chopped ¼ cup
-
Hari mirch (Green chilli), chopped to taste

Onions, chopped fine 1 cup

Tomato, de-seeded and chopped fine 1 cup

Salt 1 ½ tsp or to taste

Chaat masala 2 tsp or to taste

Bhuna pissa jeera (roasted and powderedcumin) 1 tsp

Lemon juice to taste

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients together and serve. You can also add a little dahi or Sonth ki Chutney
if so desired.
