Lettuce cream salad

Ingredients

Lettuce leaves about 25

Olive oil 1 tbsp.

Onion, chopped fine ¾ cup (150 g)

Salt 1 tsp or to taste

Powdered black pepper 1/8 tsp

Sugar 1 tsp (5 g)

Cream ½ cup (120 g)

Preparation

Wash the lettuce leaves and wipe them or drain out the water in a spinner.
Break them into 2-3 pieces each and put them into an airtight bag, which is then sealed and placed in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, to crisp.
Mix the onions, oil, cream, salt, pepper and sugar and keep aside till time for serving.
Just before serving, mix the dressing again and toss together with the lettuce and serve.
