Cooked boneless chicken mixed in a Thousand Island Dressing |

Ingredients

Boneless Chicken, cooked and diced 500 g

Onions, chopped fine 1 cup
-
Thousand Island Dressing(below) 1 ½ cups

Simla Mirch (Capsicum) , de-seeded and cut to form a ring around the salad

Thousand Island Dressing:

Mayonnaise sauce 1 ½ cups

Egg, full boiled 1
-
Tomato ketchup ¼ cup
-
Chilli sauce 1 tsp
-
Celery, chopped fine 1 tbsp

Preparation

Make the dressing: Place all the dressing ingredients in the jar of a liquidiser and blend.
Mix the chicken, onions and dressing and transfer on to a serving dish.
Arrange the capsicums around it in a ring. Chill and serve
