Aloo ki Chaat

Ingredients

  • Potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed ½ kg
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Jeera (cumin seeds) 1 tsp
  • Ginger, finely shredded 1 tbsp
  • Chaat  masala  to taste or 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp or to taste
  • Jeera (cumin), roasted and powdered 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp or to taste
  • Nimboo (Sour lime) juice to taste
  • Green chillies, finely chopped to taste
  • Chopped hara dhania (coriander leaves)
 

Preparation

  • Heat the oil and add the jeera. When it splutters, add the ginger.
  • When the ginger is slightly dark, add the potatoes and stir fry over high heat till a light brown at the edges.

  • Take it off the heat mix in the rest of the ingredients and serve.
