Aloo ki Chaat

Ingredients

Potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed ½ kg

Oil 2 tbsp

Jeera (cumin seeds) 1 tsp

Ginger, finely shredded 1 tbsp
-
Chaat masala to taste or 1 tsp
-
Chilli powder 1 tsp or to taste

Jeera (cumin), roasted and powdered 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp or to taste

Nimboo (Sour lime) juice to taste

Green chillies, finely chopped to taste

Chopped hara dhania (coriander leaves)

Preparation

Heat the oil and add the jeera. When it splutters, add the ginger.
When the ginger is slightly dark, add the potatoes and stir fry over high heat till a light brown at the edges.
Take it off the heat mix in the rest of the ingredients and serve.
